From June 28 to July 3 in Menzelinsk will be held the finals of VII rural summer games of the Republic of Tatarstan - "Awyl Yäshläre" (Youth of Village). This year the games are devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Russian Olympic Committee.

The Games' program includes competitions in 14 sports. Among them are some specific ones as competition of dairymaids and mechanization experts. And just funny ones - competitions between families and tug-of-war as well as weight-lifting, national wrestling, chess, athletics, table tennis and many others.
