An outpatient children's hospice help began functioning in Tatarstan

An outpatient children's hospice care has started on 1st of July in Tatarstan. This event can be called the beginning of the formation of the first children's hospice in the country. A team of a doctor and a nurse visited four families in Kazan who have severely ill children. 

Domiciliary ambulatory care of  critically ilium children is ralized with the help of „Fiat Dukato” which was presented to the First children's hospice by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The first trip of brigade was guided by the members of Supervisory Board, including Tatarstan Presidential aide Tatyana Larionova, Health Minister Airat Farrahov, rector of KZMU Alexei Sozinov, head of department regarding public health service, sport and healthy lifestyle formation Boris Mendelevich, chairman of the Public Charitable Foundation for children with leukemia in th name of Angela Vavilova Vladimir Vavilov and volunteers. A center that will coordinate the provision of hospice care to severely ill children is already created. Also the rout for mobile hospice is settled.
